Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 31, 2026

Ruptured Studios respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you reach out or sign up for updates, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain, the way we'd want it.

01 Who we are

Ruptured Studios, Inc. (Kansas City, Missouri), referred to here as "Ruptured Studios," "we," or "us." Questions about this policy can go to legal@rupturedstudios.com.

02 What we collect

We don't track you across other websites. Because we don't, we don't respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

One functional cookie. When you vote in an on-site poll, our voting service (run on Cloudflare, at rs-vote-worker.will-86b.workers.dev) sets a single cookie (rs_voted_axolotl-legions) solely to stop the same browser from voting twice. It does no tracking, feeds no analytics or advertising, and is shared with no one.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

03 How we use it

We do not sell or share your personal information (including as "sell" and "share" are defined under California law), and we don't disclose it except with the service providers below who help us operate.

04 Who helps us operate

We use trusted third-party services to run the studio's contact and email functions, along with our website host, GoDaddy. They process your data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. The providers we currently use are GoDaddy (website hosting), Kit (kit.com, for email updates and our newsletter), and Cloudflare (which runs the on-site poll and sets the single functional voting cookie described above). We'll name additional providers here as we add them.

05 Your choices

06 Keeping it safe

We hold only what we need, for as long as we need it, and protect it with reasonable safeguards. If something goes wrong, we'll act quickly and tell affected people as required by law.

07 Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, give notice on the site.
